Dues Notification Policy – January 2022

Over the past years, several changes were implemented to dues notifications and payments. In addition to paying by check, there is the option of paying online at tacomahills.org.

Dues notices were traditionally mailed at the start of January. Starting in 2021, in response to homeowners’ suggestions and to save on mailing costs the notices were emailed to homeowners and posted on Nextdoor.

USPS notices were mailed to those homeowners who have requested this method. In theory, everyone should receive at least one notice. Sometime in mid-late February, a USPS mailing will be sent to homeowners who have not paid. Please pay early so that this will be a small, inexpensive mailing!! My dream is to never have to do a February USPS mailing.

If you did not receive an email, we do not have a valid email or it may have been labeled as spam by your spam filter, so please check your spam box.

Please email me at [email protected] or on Nextdoor with your correct email if you didn’t receive a dues notice.

Last year many iPhone users’ rendering of the dues notice was screwy looking as it was a word document.

You can download a copy of the notice as a Word Document or as an Adobe PDF file. Choose whatever works for your device.

See our website for any additional questions or if you care to provide any comments.
