Dues information
All Tacoma Hills residents are required to pay dues per the Covenants. The dues cover such expenses as shown below.
- Maintaining entrances (water, moving, plants)
- Maintaining common areas
- Lagoon preservation and treatment
- 4th of July parade / Ice cream social / Bonfire / Tacoma Meat and Eat
- Garage sales
- Website
- Insurance for common areas
Dues notices are mailed out at the end of December/early January for the new year with payment requested in full by the end of March. Dues are currently $60 per calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31). They may be paid either electronically at www.tacomahills.org or by mailing a check made out to THHA Association to the address shown below
