Annual dues paid to the Tacoma Hills Homeowners Association are needed to:
- Maintain front entrances
- Treat lagoon
- Beautify common areas
- Light our entrance sign
- Have neighborhood activities such as the ice cream social, bonfire, bike parade and garage sales
- Help pay for newsletters and this site!
