Budget and Finance: Elaine provided an update on the finances. 91% of households have paid their dues, and 46% of those paid online. Luminary sales are slower this year.
Dues: 27 people still owe for 2022. 18 people owe for years other than 2021. Sharon distributed a list of outstanding dues and asked board members to let her know if they were aware of anyone on the list who may have moved.
Discussed leadership elections: Tom Stanko stepped down from the President role. Shelby expressed interest in serving as the Board President. Tom Stanko seconded that nomination. Tom Stanko nominated Bill to serve as Vice President, and Sharon seconded.
Proposed board is Shelby DeNike as President, Bill McConnell as Vice President, Elaine Putvin as Treasurer, and Jennifer Edmonds as Secretary. Pass unanimously.
Discussed draft letter that Bill McConnell wrote regarding the broken drain in the commons area. After discussion, it was decided that Bill would get a couple of estimates to have the drain evaluated to determine if it is connected and functioning and provide those estimates at the next board meeting for consideration.
