Guests: None
Absent: Tom Stanko, James Keathley
Minutes: Bill moved, and Marilyn seconded to approve the meeting minutes from the February meeting. Passed without objection.
Budget and Finance: Elaine provided an update on the finances including that we’re earning more interest on the reserve account lately. Note that 52 households paid dues online in February and the bank fees were a bit higher because of that (approximately 75% of dues have been paid online).
Dues: 143 households have paid for 2023, and a couple of households that are owed for 2022 paid as well. Sharon also described the documentation she maintains on file as documentation of the payment received as a backup to the database.
Elaine discussed some luminary candle options she’s testing for possible future use.
Events: The next event will be the Easter Egg Hunt in April. It will be held on Saturday, April 8, at 10:00 am in the commons area. Shelby will make a Facebook post about the event requesting plastic Easter eggs if anyone would like to donate them. Also discussed was how to secure the area around the exposed drainage pipe during the event.
Shelby mentioned a resident he spoke with recently who may be interested in joining the board and may attend a future meeting.
Bill provided an update on the progress of removing the exposed drainage pipe in the common area. He is researching potentially planting trees in that area to help restore the soil area.
The meeting adjourned at 7:44 pm.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, April 18 @ 6:30 pm via Google Meet.
