Past Events

The Garage Sale event was held on May 20 & 21, 2022, and facilitated by Colleen McNamara.  Many residents participated; there were at least 15 or more.  There were food trucks set up as well for the occasion, and that went so well that the food trucks sold out after only a couple of hours.

The “Last Day of School Block Party” was well received and attended on June 10, 2022.  It was a fun party and enjoyed by many!  Many pictures were taken at the event; please check out TacomaHills.org to view them.

Ongoing Business

Much discussion took place as to the trailers that have been parked on our streets that have inhibited being able to pass by on the street.  Meridian Township is to advise how they handle excessive trailers parked on the streets.

The Dues reporting is that 75 people have not paid for 2022 dues.

More discussion took place about the lagoon and how we will handle mowing close to the water’s edge for fear of the equipment falling into the water.  It was advised that the residents who live on the lagoon mow it themselves.

Elaine, the Treasurer, was on vacation, and the Budget review will be presented next month.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm.
