UPDATE: This event has been canceled since he was told that he needed a proper enclosure in order to fry all the food, and is not allowed to do the popup tent setup that had been doing most of the summer. Maybe next year!
The Food Truck Summer(FTS) continues in Tacoma Hills, this time with Papa Roux! They will be set up on the corner of Lagoon and Taomca!. Please see the following link for details on the exact location (#2).
